Cash Flow Crescendo Inc. ("we", "our", or "us") operates Animation Machine. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service.

• Account information such as your name and email address (via Google OAuth)
• Payment information processed by Stripe (we do not store card details)
• Files you upload to our service for processing
• Usage data including renders performed and settings selected
• Analytics and interaction data collected automatically when you use the service, including session recordings (see "Analytics and Session Recording" below)

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Animation Machine service
• Process payments and manage your subscription
• Send transactional emails related to your account

• Improve and develop new features

File Storage

Files you upload are used solely to perform the rendering operation you requested. Rendered output files are available for download for a limited period and are then deleted from our servers. We do not use your files for any other purpose.

• Supabase - authentication and database
• Stripe - payment processing
• Hetzner Cloud - hosting infrastructure
• Google OAuth - sign-in authentication
• Google Analytics - website traffic analytics
• PostHog - product analytics, heatmaps, and session recording

Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing their use of your data.

Analytics and Session Recording

To understand how our service is used and to improve it, we use:

• Google Analytics 4 - aggregate traffic and usage statistics. Google may set cookies and process this data in accordance with its own privacy policy.
• PostHog - product analytics, heatmaps, and session recording. PostHog captures usage events (such as pages viewed and renders started) and records playback of your interactions with the app — mouse movement, clicks, scrolling, and page navigation — to help us diagnose issues and improve usability. Text you type into form fields and inputs is automatically masked and is not captured in these recordings, and we do not capture the contents of files you upload.

These tools use cookies and similar technologies stored in your browser. You can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's opt-out browser add-on, and you can limit tracking through your browser settings. To request that we exclude your account from analytics or session recording, contact us at [email protected].

Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
