When should I use GIF vs MP4?
GIF works best for short loops (under 10 seconds) that need to autoplay anywhere — in emails, messaging apps, or platforms that don't support video. MP4 has much better quality and smaller file sizes for longer animations.
How does Animation Machine render GIFs?
