These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Animation Machine, operated by Cash Flow Crescendo Inc. By using the service you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Animation Machine. By using the service you represent that you meet this requirement.

Account Registration

You must create an account to use Animation Machine. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

Subscription and Billing

Animation Machine is a paid subscription service billed monthly. By subscribing you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Animation Machine to:

• Upload content that infringes any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right
• Upload malicious code or files designed to harm our systems or other users
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse our infrastructure
• Resell or sublicense access to the service without our written consent
• Violate any applicable law or regulation

Your Content

You retain all rights to the animation files and output videos you create using Animation Machine. By uploading files you grant us a limited license to process those files solely to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

Intellectual Property

Animation Machine and all associated software, design, and branding are owned by Cash Flow Crescendo Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software or branding without written permission.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Animation Machine is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cash Flow Crescendo Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Animation Machine, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
