Animation Machine provides access to music tracks licensed under Creative Commons Zero (CC0) and similar open licenses. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure these tracks are properly licensed, Cash Flow Crescendo Inc. makes no warranty regarding the licensing status of any particular track. It is your responsibility to verify that any music included in your final video is appropriately licensed for your intended use.

Output Content

The video files produced by Animation Machine are derived from content you supply. Cash Flow Crescendo Inc. is not responsible for any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property issues arising from your use of content you do not own or have the right to use.

Service Availability

We do not guarantee that Animation Machine will be available at all times. The service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses arising from service downtime.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cash Flow Crescendo Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the service or your violation of these terms.
